I heard it, and he apologized, yesterday C&R was a good show, and I guess he agreed, he even apologized to them on twitter

I think its all schtick, but I listen to both shows, so if they get along its better while listening

He just signed his contract yesterday too.
Maybe he just realized how dumb it all was.
