He installed a tax on teams that pay over slot for drat picks.
So now he won't install a salary cap to level the playing field AND if a team tries to build through a strategic draft, he penalizes them.

Pick your favorite one, and just go there. This happens to me every year. I tried going to 3 different ones, a few years ago, and it just ruined the day. I always go to my Grandmas, no matter what. Thats what I do now, and what I tell everyone.
