I don't like their new fries... Way to salty.

I was hoping that would coat my stomach and stop the nausea.

Stay away from deep fried or fried foods when you feel sick. You are better off to go with things that absorb in ones stomach like bread.. or crackers....

you want a Canadian citizenship.....you cant leave for 2 years, and you have to give up your American citizenship.

Technically yes. Realistically, you just need a confirm-able address in Canada and just have to say "yeah I give up my US citizenship". They don't actually send a form to the US or call them or email them or anything to make sure you turned in all your US stuff.

The US does not allow for anyone to have duel citizenship technically, but so many people do. They don't follow up to see if you turned in all your other ones.

Are you kidding!? A guy I worked with moved to Canada from Minnesota. He said they were really strict on him about that shit. He couldn't even buy a house until he gave it up. They phoned him once a week to verify he still had a job, they preferred him to keep a job for a minimum of 2 years without leaving however if it's not possible he could only be out of a job for 6 weeks or something like that...

He must have been either red flagged or an idiot then. No one is forced to give up their American citizenship. They may ask you to as part of the procedure, as the US does, but they don't follow up w/ the US or other countries. Unless you are red flagged for some reason or an idiot. Or he may just be a story teller.
