Those are blind spot mirrors. Imagine this. What if a car parked beside the door, you would not be able to see it. The side mirrors see the side of the box. That spot mirror is to see what is beside the passenger door and front fender.

If you look on the last picture, you can see the side mirrors for looking back. The front mirror is to make sure there are no objects or kids in front of you...geesh!!!
