A whole lot of sport love/hate is irrational.
I know Michigan State fans who hate Michigan (because of their fans) so much that they like Ohio State.
I try ot figure that one out everytime the subject comes up.
OSU fans are right up their with Raider fans.
I tell them to go to a game at Michigan, then at Ohio State, then tell me which team you should hate because of their fans.

I went to this great Devils/Islanders game @ nassau colesium a few years ago where it was 0-0 till late in the third and with about 2 min left the devils scored, 1-0, then the fucking islanders tied it with only seconds left so o.t. 1-1 and the devils scored again, winning in o.t. 2-1 and i was jumping up and down yelling my fool head off and all these fucking islander fans around me were throwing popcorn and empty beer plastic cups at me an I had to be escorted out with security cause I kept egging them on , flipping them off and spitting at them. :clap:

I have a couple friends, nicest guys, went to a game in Pittsburgh. they are leaf fans, and they got the shit beat out of them when they were there.
I know these guys, they wouldn't start a fight with anyone, and they came home and looked like they were in Philly. So there is one reason

I have to say I have several friends who are Cowboys fans, some of them are real nice guys, cool guys, etc. But once they become that Cowboys fan, they are absolute dickhead assholes. The only exception to that is Pokes, Pokes is the only classy Cowboys fan I have EVER come across. Pokes is smart and knows football very well though, that might have something to do with it.

its ok tater, just bake them a pie with the secret ingrediant and i dont mean "love" but whatever you can pick out of every nose in your family and neighbors. Ill pick some for you over the weekend and mail them to you amd make sure you mix it in nice a smooth or just sprinkle them on top and cover it with confectioners sugar so they lick iit off first. :flame:

Every team has ass hole fans.
Some just seem to get more publicity then others.

my uncle is a cowboys fan and were watching the game at his place on sunday night and i already know its going to be a massive yelling and cursing game between the two of us, but all in good fun. pizza and beer and good natured ribbing.

I don't hate either.
I used to go to the OSU games vs. Pitt in the 90's at old Pitt stadium and OSU would blow Pitt away and have tons of fans there, I always thought they behaved well and were respectful.
