Youtube sends me some videos it recommends for me and I tried to look at the one, Motorboating for Cancer Awareness, but the video usage set to private. What the hell? It has 4 mil views but is private? How stupid.

so I googled about the video & it seems there is controversy over the video & the breast cancer charity returned the money they raised. I am guessing that is why its blocked, I am sure liveleak still has it

bunch of guys who make funny videos all the time, they approached random woman & said they would donate money if they could motorboat them, they raised something like 2K or 5K. I saw no harm in the video
