in my opinion, it's the appearance/concept of a man hitting a woman. i understand why he did it, i fault him for allowinf the situation to escalate to what it did. yes, tasing is painful, but it's a force issued weapon & should be utilized when an officer needs control, of which he had NONE in this instance
