Yeah, they finally got that change through.
There was some push back against the smoking ban, but I think that's died down.
It was amazing, it seemed like bar owners were the only ones against it.
Probably because they sold cigarettes for $10 a pack.
So many people wouldn't go out because they would come home smelling like smoke.
Fuck smokers too.
Everyone needs to quit so I can stop seeing those disgusting commercials.

And helmets have all but vanished around here. There was a bad accident in Flint over the weekend... a biker fatality. He wasn't wearing a helmet and the fire department was called out to wash down the pavement where he crashed....

PA doesn't have helmet laws. When they talked about reversing it bikers panicked and rallied. A biker crashed at one of the rallies and died from head injuries.
I don't think I've ever ridden on or off road without a full helmet. A helmet saved me on a 4 wheeler on 2 occasions so I'll never ride anything without one. I was never crazy about getting my skin ripped off so I even wore a riding jacket in the summer.
