Wouldn't it make more sense to have one large dumpster where all the aprts drop off their stuff? Chicago is fucked.
I share one big dumpster with an old lady. I think she might be dead. I never see any trash other than mine.

They do things like spend a half an hour picking up a lot of little trash cans instead of 1 minute picking up one big one.
