Rain in the forecast here today, we need it but I hate rainy days.

Looking forward to the UEFA rematch of Arsenal v. Barcelona today. Although with so many injuries I don't know if they will be able to do it; no Fabregas, Gallas, Arshavin, Song and Rosicky could miss the game.

Derick Wrote:dont you want your property to assess low to keep your taxes down? Other than when you sell then you want it high

or when you are trying to refinance and get a home equity loan...you want it assessed "properly"...I'm not saying high...I'm saying fair...this guy that came to our house was a complete asshole.....he used comps from a different city, different school district (our school district is #1 in our county), different zip code, need I go on???????

Your both right, I worked in the mortgage business for several years.

When the county/city/state appraises you home, you want it appraised as low as possible so you pay less taxes.

When you have your home appraised in order to get a mortgage, home equity loan of refinance, you want it to come in as high as possible so that your loan to value (LTV) is as low as possible, that means you want the lowest possible percentage of your worth used in the loan. Most lenders like a refinanced loan amount to be less than 80% of the appraised value. So therefore, the higher the appraisal, the more you can borrow, of the lower your LTV, therefore lowering your APR also.

I DVR'd it, I set it on season pass, we will see if it's worth watching, it's on every day so that's gonna take up a lot of DVR space. If she is not in bikini's, might not be kept on season pass.
