Tuesday December 21, 2010 - Short Week Celebration

So yesterday I thought since it's a short week that I'd just chill out around the office and not do a whole lot. Then printers broke and servers needed to be fixed. At the end of the day the boss was here and wanted me to go with him to deliver Christmas baskets to our clients.

Today I will once again try to master the art of being lazy. :yawn:

I wish I could do that.
I've got a ton of crap to do by tomorrow.
And I want to get out of here in time today to go bowling.
I've probably already messed around on the internet too much.
But, I'll still probably be around this afternoon.

I still have to bill 8 hours to clients, but today I plan on doing it all from my desk.

I do still have one Christmas basket to deliver so I will have to leave the office once.

i know i have a few things to do, a couple of them will take up most of those days, but I plan on doing as little as possible.

For some reason we are off on Thursday & Friday. It's odd to me because I'm pretty sure I've always worked every Christmas Eve.

Anyone out there with a Droid, Swype opened up their beta thing again.
I didn't put it off this time, and installed it last night.
It's pretty sweet so far. But it'll take some getting used to before I'm totally sold on it.

still searching, I think the one i interviewed for is a very good possibility, but until someone says "you got the job, you start on..." I'm going to keep applying

there are a couple of positions where my boss' wife works, she even has an open position, but its a short term, minimal pay position, and she told me I was way over-qualified for it. But there are a few others I will apply for.
