3 1/2 hours ago, and it was TAYLOR ham, one small piece only. And two small eggs. It's all about small healthy meals. I think I am going to have a small spinach salad now.

FYI, in two weeks of dieting, I have lost 11.2 pounds. Just water weight I am sure.

Usually is... Are you eating yogurt? That helps a lot. They say the Greek yogurt with fruit in it is the best option.

I can and have gone days without eating and never even think about it. If my wife goes out of town she calls me to remind me to eat.
