I'm starting my Christmas shopping today... Hopefully since my inalws are going to watch the kids I can get all their presents so I don't have a repeat of last year.

I have a few things already. I have a Toys-R-Us coupon that I am hoping to use to get all of the kids on my list bought for before Thursday. I am not fighting over toys on Friday.

Jim informs me that he doesn't like the idea of me out in the Black Friday madness. He doesn't have any faith in me that I will avoid trouble. I have never got into a fist fight on Black Friday .

I like that you have to qualify that as "on Black Friday".
Shopping on other days maybe, never Black Friday!

I talked to both my main boss' this morning. They thing my probation officer is being unreasonable. They are going to talk to the people that are higher than the probation officer, and see if they can't get some things changed for me.

This could work out really good, or really bad, depending on the probation officers actual position on the ladder here in town.

I almost hit a horse on my way to work this morning.

So, you either cut through a racetrack or farm....

People spend tens of thousands of dollars on horses and then put only $3 into the fence.

This is quite true. And horses are more high-strung and willing to escape. Cows don't give a fuck as long as there is food.
