 Last blackberry question of the night....

My old phone, when I downloaded apps, it would just charge to my phone bill, and I would pay it, never a problem for 3 years.
Now with verizon and this new phone it requires a pay pal account for shit. Is this just the way it is? I am not allowed to have a pay pal account. Am I fucked? |
