My old phone, when I downloaded apps, it would just charge to my phone bill, and I would pay it, never a problem for 3 years.
Now with verizon and this new phone it requires a pay pal account for shit. Is this just the way it is? I am not allowed to have a pay pal account. Am I fucked?

I have only downloaded apps that were free. None of the apps that cost money have appealed to me yet. What apps were you looking at anyway?

Call customer sevice at verison and ask them.I bet they'll do something for you, especially if you tell them your thinking of going with another carrier because of it. Or make a paypal account in your wife or girls name.
