I know this is a bit off topic, but at work we've been going through this thing called "Motive Matters." It talks about personal motivators and how to deal with people. It is really amazing how good it is.

OH, FYI. I'm a Red. That means my primary motivator is Power. It doesn't mean that I want to be in charge, it just means that I have to have things move from point A to point B. If there isn't definable progress I think it is failure.

My secondary color is yellow which means my motivator is fun.
