I gotta think that the people on his route have received sticky packages before.
I just called someone "friend" but in a mean way. Some unknown number has been calling my phone for the last couple days. I finally answered it, and they asked for Hidalgo. I said "I think you have the wrong number friend" like all mean. It was cool. I don't think I've ever used "friend" in that way before.
service writer not here today, parts guy not here today, shop foreman not here today, general manager busy selling cars for the super December sale a bration.
So I have been answering service calls, answering parts calls, being a scapegoat for customers that need someone to yell at, trying to diagnose multiple vehicles, ordering parts for diagnosed vehicles. I haven't got much of my regular work done today at all. Today has sucked.
The owner finally called her son to come down and help out up front, he just now showed up with an hour left in the day. :killme:
