the older guy is quitting, and he has his Ford certifications. They want someone certified in Ford though. They don't want someone not trained i guess.

I am a million times better than anyone they have hired that was ford certified, except my boss, he's pretty bad ass.
He keeps trying to make me go to the schools to get certified, but I'm too lazy for that bullshit.
