When I'm in the first row of the upper deck, I always wonder how that doesn't happen more.
The stairs are so steep, and I see so many drunk people who can barely walk.
Do stadiums not have to follow OSHA standards?
seriously, I have tripped on the stairs once in the upper deck, one bad move and your done
I just try to sit in the lower levels.

no clue, I was not talking about the upper deck when I made my original post, I am talking about the guard rail between the first row & field
Upper deck is a different story, anyone that risks hanging over the edge of the upper deck is taking a risk

I was at a baseball game in the city at the beginning of last month and we were in the suites, the railing was at least 4ft-5ft tall.

I don't know about the US but I know for sure Canada does.
