Haha, I was driving my car yesterday and hadn't changed the channel after CnR so Jay Thomas was still on. He was saying he grew up in that part of the US where the fish died and not to order the fish special for a while. He said the poeple down there would go grab as many of the dead fish as they could and freeze them or use them as the fish "special."
