We had our accountant do up all the information they wanted and they rejected it saying it wasn't done up by a CGA. I wanted to punch the guy in the face. They also want my drivers license copied & sent to them. So frustrating .

Amazon Prime is going to jump up $20 to $99. I've thought about signing up for it, but I just never bothered. Does anyone use it?

I am not sure really what the benefit is. I always make sure I order over $25 to get free shipping and I download all my movies and music for free anyway.
