After my break I have to call this old hag and explain to her that her payment didn't go through because she was too stupid to not make sure there was enough money in the account. I don't want to even deal with it. I hate customers

I had a customer call yesterday booking concrete for today at 930am, 50 miles from where we are located. This morning he calls at 645am confirming the booking. I send a guy up there, the customer calls shortly before 930 saying the trucks not in yet. What we didn't know was he also called two other concrete companies saying the same thing. Thankfully we were the first company on site and I got a cheque from him before the truck left.

I called the bitch and told her that the only problem was that she didn't have enough money in her account & listened to her argue that I was wrong for 15 min before she said she would stop by tomorrow to pay the bill.
