The carrot cake I made with my son's class was the first thing I have baked in a long time, before that I had made cookies for the silver haired fox and his crew, that was back at the end of August.

A couple of weeks ago we had a customer stop in wanting about a wheelbarrow full of concrete sand. Since it wasn't a lot we just gave it to him. He stopped in last week with donuts. Between Jim, Cabbages 3 & 4 and my kids they were gone in like 5 minutes.
