One thing that freaked me out as a little kid was the Marshmallow man in Ghostbusters.

Jaws scared me, too. I remember watching those Twilight Zone bits, the Creep show and that Friday the 13th bit that Freddy hosted... Some of those were creepy. The only Freddy one I remember was a girl had lost her dad in a plane crash and had some dream where she stopped him from going. She woke up and foudn out her dad was alive and well, but her mom had died instead.
