The thing is, they hated us BEFORE they started getting described like that. Americans used to love the French, they never returned it, they always hated us since WWII.
I am sure there are a few good ones out there, I just have not come across any. I have been to Paris and the only person who was not a COMPLETE dick, was the waiter at diner one night, and that was probably only b/c it was slow and he wanted money. I even had a french speaker with me.
Also, my platoon was stationed with some French soldiers for a while during the Gulf war, each end every one, a prick.
After saving their country from the Reich and the Nazi's, you would think they would at least attempt to like the US. Nope. That is why so many Americans hate them. if your gonna disrespect us after all we have done for you, well then, fuck you. You reap what you sow.

BTW. For the record, I do not consider French Canadians the same as French people. I have no issues with French Canadians at all.
However, I was under the impression that most non-french Canadians didn't like the French Canadians.
