On a side note. If the district manager and the regional manager leave the company on the same day to take a position with another company, along with a very large handful of others around the country, is your company in danger?

I learned yesterday that the district manager of Chicago who has been with the company for 20+ years took a job at a different company, and also the North East regional manager left for the same one. Divide the USA into 4 parts, he managed 1 of the 4, with access to the corporate jet
