My maiden name ewas and always butchered. It's Hlatky (huh-lat-key) yet people dont pronounce the h.... and when they try and spell it they add extra letters and if you spelll it for them they still manage to add letters in there. I though my married last name was going to be easier but no I still need to spell it too!!!! (Irving)

So, Doofus Dicky Doo Doo thinks the woman should stay home while the man works. You know, in a perfect world making the bank he does... sure... fine. But in reality, there is no way we could survive on a single income. I wouldn't mind either Jim or I staying home to raise this little thing for the first couple years. I think I was lucky that my mom was able to stay home and raise my sisters and I. But, in reality, unless one of the 2 of us can land a totally awesome job with a seriously decent salary, Dicky’s idea is crap. Plus, Jim has been working 6 to 7 days for the most part. I don’t think he needs to get a 2nd job on top of that. He used to make a better paycheck, but the company he works for cut costs by cutting pay. The choice was make less money or leave (many of the ones who left are still struggling for work)

I continued to work at Maxim after I had my son because i could not stand staying home all day with nothing to do once the weather got colder. After my daughter was born the decision to stay home was easy.... the money I was wasting on driving, add in daycare and other expenses it was cheaper for me to actually stay home... Then we started our business and now i work from home.
