hey you mechanic types or dealer types. How hard is it going to be to get a VIN stamped on something? The bike I'm attempting to buy has an unstamped frame and no vin = no title. No its not stolen nor has the vin been removed

I think it varies state by state. Like here you can build something, or piece a bunch of wrecked somethings back together, and get a salvage title. something like that. highway patrol has to inspect it and make sure its street legal, but thats it.
I don't think you even need a title for a race car or something like that around here. Just if you want to register it for driving on the roads.
