If anyone wants some advice on buying a house, here is my only opinion


Don't, unless your prepared for some real shitty work.....unless you buy a brand new house. :killme:

We had a guy completely renovate the entire interior of our house a year or two ago... I'd never do it again. Such a pain in the ass and things still aren't done... my bedroom hasn't had door handles on the closet and the light isn't installed in the room

so we are completely re-doing the mail level.

we redesigned the kitchen today, and ordered new kitchen tile.

the counter tops are gonna be as much as the cabinets

I think redoing my kitchen was the highlight of the entire renovation. I had to settle on a different cupboard color since I really didn't want to go out and get a new kitchen table so it didn't look funny... and my kitchen counters were supposed to be dark grey with a light gray swirl in it but they made a mistake and made it light grey with black swirls... Thanksgiving was a week away and I wanted counters so I could cook my meal so I just let them install it.
