Check engine light is on, hubs won't engage in 4 wheel drive.
I had a good guess as the problem just from hearing that. Confirmed it by checking codes, and visually inspecting.
codes
p0171 bank one lean
p0174 bank two lean
Now, figure out the problem. Are the two concerns related?

Now, figure out the problem. Are the two concerns related? the air inlet is loose at the throttle plate, and there is a difference in readings bettween the MAF and the MAP sensors?

i'm not sure how auto locking hubs work, but I think it would be a vacuum system. My guess is there is a leak. and yes anytime there is a fault the light comes on

you are corect. the problems are related. vaccum leak. and as Brampton said a vacuum hose came off. Most likely their HVAC system would only blow out of defrost too.
This is an f-350. vacuum is supplied to the hubs when switched to 4x4, locking them in.
f-150s have vacuum applied to the hubs constantly in 2 wheel drive. switch to 4x4, vacuum goes away, and hubs lock in. Not really hubs on the f-150 either. They are intagrated. (IWE) intergrated wheel ends.
