This dealership decided to stay open late tonight. And we were asked who wanted some wouldn't mind sticking around and getting some OT. I, of course, volunteer (anything for extra $$) . This fucking bitch tells me just before she leaves that she's going to have me leave early tomorrow, so I don't get too many hours. Bitch, I wouldn't have offered to stay if it was going to be regular hours!!!! FML

So what did santa bring you all?

I got tools, 2 snap-on rachets, a craftsman extension set, a craftsman torque wrench, a lap timer, and some cash

I got a a gift certificate for a night away for 2 from my mom, some feety pj's, lots of Bombers clothing, cash, family necklace.

Here is one thing about her that is driving me nuts, I found an autograph in a box from her back when she was in her CCM days and was a young nuss like in 00 or 01. I don't ever remember meeting her *shrugs* but it was personally made out to me

When did this "take the week between Christmas and New Years off" thing start? Who gets enough vacation time to take summer vacation, family trips and still take off a week in the winter? Are companies paying people vacation days to take this entire week off?

One of the companies we have a contract with for recycle are off this week. We have to go down there and open up the sites. My brother also got a paid week off. It mostly has to do with the fact that the "holidays" (Christmas, Boxing Day, New Years) fall on weekends and they get days off in lieu so in reality they are only paying 1-2 days off out of 5.

I took off 3 days in Jan of 2011 because I had the flu. Other than that I have not taken a day off since.

LOL, Joe, I'm with you.

I haven't had a week off since August of 2010 and that was due to something outside of my control.

I haven't had a week of vacation off since I was still in school....meh
