You mix ketchup with mustard and brown sugar and put it on top like a glaze before you bake it. Delicious. Mostly ketchup, but small amounts of mustard and brown sugar. Some people just use ketchup, but the mustard and brown sugar give it a thicker glaze and it tastes better.
