A few notes from court yesterday.

People don't care how they dress. Tank tops, cut off jean shorts. PAJAMAS!!! slippers, crocs. Unbelievable. I don't get it. I mean everyone in there probaly had a month of prep before they had to go to court. Probaly could have come up with a nice outfit in that time.

There were about 25 people. I was the only white guy in there.

People also don't care how they adress the Judge. Not even saying yes maam, no maam. Just mumbling, or shaking their heads yes or no. crazy.

Most everyone had a window tint charge also.
100 dollar fine 30 days in jail!!!!

Driving on the sidewalk charge
45 dollar fine. no jail.

I am all for getting a movement going to change the way we are headed. That's bullshit how people have lost all respect. They should have been held in contempt.

no, I got a lawyer. They drag that shit out for half a year. I was just formally charged with everything yesterday, then pled not guilty. I'm not sure when I go back yet.

what were you charged with? was this for your dui

I did get a breathalyzer. they wouldn't tell me what I blew though. They also never put a copy of the breathalyzer results on the paperwork. It clearly says that the results must be attached to the paperwork. I'm hoping for that loophole.

I really would like to know what my BAC was though. Just for future reference. I mean 4-5 beers spread out over a 3 hour time period, really isn't that much, especially for me.
