Tina, I would check to make sure that you have the latest BIOS level on your Dell. I had the same problem on my 3rd PC (I have 3 in my office plus a laptop) and I finally figured it out as a BIOS issue. Go to Dell.com and go to support/downloads and type in your service tag #. It will have a BIOS listing that you can pull. Just run the executable and let it reboot.

I would have to go through the IT dept here. They have these computers locked down like fort knox. I have to get permission to update my Adobe reader and I am not allowed to do it myself, they log onto my computer and do it for me.... so if it fucks up.. I don't care.
