Shit I hate during the C&R breaks

the breaks have been painful lately. I now record the show on my iPhone using pocket tunes and listen back so I can fast forward thru these breaks. Here is the list of shit I hate:
1. The Jay Thomas commercial where he says "we take the fools you hear about in the news and interview them like what they've done is actually important"
how stupid, outdated and boring does that sound?

2. The promo for C&R that says "everyone counted them out, everyone". Are they promoting the show or putting it down?

3. The other C&R 5 year promo where the guy is talking about "the lingo" and says "and some how you guys get this crap". I don't know if they are insulting C&R or the listeners but how the hell is that a promo?

4. The stupid Michael Billy segments that categorizes all guys as cave men losers and lists some basic hygiene tips then the same voice that was insulting C&R is now praising Michael Billy by saying "now that was useful".

Who the hell is putting these spots on and why are they insulting C&R, who are probably has the highest rated show on Star Too?
And that's what really "grinds my gears"
