I want to sell out and he doesn't which is causing the fights.

He works full time nights (330-12am) at Peterbilt MB. He's been doing that since August. In the summer I run the concrete plant, the trucking company and the gravel pit.
If we sell its just the gravel operation. The concrete plant and trucking company are still ours. The last potential offer for the pit it was in the 7 digits.
Oh damn! Did you pay 7 digits when you bought the pit?
