I got something done today, and it's all you guys faults.
This guy comes in bitching to the service manager about his truck I was working on. Said we were all incompetant, and all kinds of shit. Service manager does a real good job not letting asshole customers get to me. He just tells me what they say.
Well the next day, this guy's Dad shows up, and by passes everyone, and comes bitching at me directly. Telling me it better be done right, he doesn't want to have to come back.blah, blah....
Fucking asshole. Fuck him, he's a mormon too.
10,000 dollars, and 2 weeks later his truck is done. :grin:
He will probaly try to bitch at me again.
I've never had a customer just straight up yell at me. I would just walk off, and totally dismiss them for sure. Might hit them if they got to close.
I heard this black chick going off on the service manager one day. I thought they were going to throw down, seriously. Shit got fucking crazy. Cops came and everything.

Nope, but it was snowing about an hour ago, but that has pretty much all melted already. I am still expecting us to hit by a storm within the next few weeks. The mosquitoes this summer are going to suck bad, too.
From what Jim heard this summer is suppose to be hot and dry. My kind of summer....
