ok, I use Utorrent (free program) http://download.cnet.com/uTorrent/3000-2...ag=mncol;1

when you go to a torrent site and find what you want, you click download torrent, then you get a popup of what you want to download. with the utorrent program you can change your upload and download "bandwidth". this can speed up your download.

Plus you want to find a download with a lot of seeds/users, that way it downloads faster

Stay away from Pirate Bay and other sites like that for your torrents and try to download torrents from a subscription site and not the ones that come up when doing a google search. These sites are tracked by many ISPs and the music software and movie industries and are notorious for busting downloaders for piracy.

I use to download stuff through torrents, made sure I shared a lot/ around 5.0 ratio so torrent owners would not give me shit.
