I'll check Twitter a couple times a day.
But I don't tweet, and I only use it to get news, it's really cut down on my web surfing.

The new facebook layout benefited because now I go on less. I don't see as much, I go on in the morning, and when I get home at night, but it does get annoying scrolling throughout the days posts, plus the ticker never works for me
