I bought absolutely nothing, we had a party for my daughter on Friday then I spent Saturday and Sunday relaxing on the couch and taking cat naps.

Groceries.
And knife organizer for a drawer.
Lame.
I need a nice quiet, relaxing day today, so I can recover from this weekend. It seemed like we were constantly on the go the whole time. Cleaned house went and saw the big fireworks show in Bay City on Saturday. Went up north to go on a 4 hour tubing trip.. We had a bunch of kids and I didn't bring any alcohol with me either. (Should have, those kids were insane) Came home that night and prepared food for the cookout. Went to a parade yesterday, the family picnic and then rushed home for everyone to come to our house for a cookout and fireworks. Whew! I'm beat (and sun burnt!)

HA HA!! Not quite... The only shopping was a quick stop at Wallymart to get some coolwhip and 2 yard games.
We are taking the kids to Tinkertown (an amusement park for small kids) on Wednesday. The local radio station offers 1/2 price Tuesday, going through the deals I came across the one for Tinkertown where you can get two wristbands for unlimited rides for $15 bucks. I am now debating whether or not its worth it. My daughter will be 1 tomorrow and the last time we took my 3 year old on an amusement park ride he screamed bloody murder and cried. Anyone think I should get them!?
Still off today

How is everyone doing?

Do they let a parent accompany the child, if necessary, w/o charging the parent? If so I say go for it....that way if they are scared, you could get on w/them....

I replaced my kitchen floor on Sunday....old clay tiles out, new vinyl tiles in. I have trouble standing up today Confusedad:
Rough getting to work today, weather sucked in NY on the days I was away

not sure if anyone watches cycling, I am in full tour De France mode
I am sooo tired this morning. Had a great weekend though. Went to Lake Somerville friday, lots of boating, tubing, partying. Saturday night was the big drinking night (we usually dedicate one night on the weekends we all get together to be THE drinking night where everyone gets trashed) I had 5 or 6 crown and cokes in these big plastic cups. We ended up driving around in my ranger blasting the radio at 1am all around the park. Couple of our friends kids brought old golf carts and were driving them around also, I pit maneuvered them about 3 times. My brother in law was with me and I tend to not have my own decision making logic when I am really drunk so he was all like "Punch it" when I had two guys getting into the back of the ranger, one guy stayed on his feet, the other guy went rolling out the back and then rolled a couple times when he hit the pavement. I felt bad the next day for it but it was funny as hell. Only thing that sucked was the lake is down like 20-35 feet which means you had to be really careful when boating, and the beach had so much sand I was using my ranger as a taxi service cause it was soo damn hot before you got close to the water your feet burned.
I think today is just a phone-it-in kinda day.
