I have had blackened alligator several times, actually really good. I had rattlesnake once it was fried and I had it in the Grand Canyon Arizona. I hate snakes and only ate it to say I ate it, I only had one piece.

i've not had alligator or snake. the grossest thing i've eaten is balut, a partially develloped duck egg. i'll never eat one again

I tried that too. A guy I worked with who came from Cambodia brought them in. Not my first choice.
