so i'm debating, I have 2.5 experiments to do today. Do I extract protein this morning or do the western blots this morning then extract protein later this afternoon.

Do the western blots. Protein is best extracted in the afternoon, in my opinion.

My wife often likes to extract my protein in the morning....I'm just sayin.
