Thank you Iva! I am driving to her apartment in Erie which is about 1.75 hours due north of where I am. After that we are going to get some dinner and then go to a comedy club there. I have never been to one before so that will be different. I'm hoping to play the "I worked 3rd shift and didn't sleep very much" card so maybe she will want me to stay there, haha.

I would think that for $600 you could find a 120Hz tv, I didn't see that listed as one of the features.

it's only a 60Hz, does it make that much of a difference? bear in mind I'm in Canada, and this seems like a good deal to me lol

Oh yeah, Canada, what's the exchange rate now? I haven't been there much since I turned 21...
I would say go to a store and look at the difference between a 60Hz and 120Hz TV, moving pictures can get pretty blurry on a 60Hz TV.
