One of my all-time favorite groups is Nine Inch Nails. There is no debate there... NIN wins over the rest for me. Metallica (mostly older) would be my #2. Tool is in my top ten all-time faves. Now, groups like Van Halen sound a hell of a lot better musically than Rush. I can't get into Rush, I don't care for their sound in the least and I don't care how "great" some people think they are, they suck to me.
