No Covino, you have to report this guy. She has the electronic trail. He will try to escalate if you don't do something. You don't wnat him to do something to your woman or baby.

He's stalking her. I've been there (thought it was not a cop). She needs to file a complain and take all evidence with her as proof. The sooner it gets put on file, the better... Since he's a cop, he might get reprimanded. There are probably other females he's harassing, too.
