I think everyone men and women should use lotions, face creams, etc. It will keep you looking better as you get older. What's the big deal, you rub some lotion on your face and around your eyes and lotion up your body. It will do you good. I see nothing wrong with it.

knightryda works by 500 degree furnace (so he says)... His skin gets ridiculously dry. So, I am putting lotion on him all the time.

Another tip... Dry skin leads to cracked skin, which leads to being more vulnerable to colds/flus/infections.
