05/05/05 this day in history

Think I was working on tractors all day. Then after work we smoked crack in a combine or something. Then my mom yelled at me when I got home.

I started a one month tour in the county jail for beating my brother in law up. We watched world cup soccer in the jail most of the time.

The redi mix opens up tomorrow so the material has to be made and delivered. I mean for as long as this takes I could have started but he as whining. Little does he know I'm not going to do anything this afternoon when I get home except putter in my gardens.

I got a couple of strawberry bushes that I'm going to plant next to my raspberry bushes. The kids want to plant corn, peas, beans, tomatoes, potatoes, onions, cucumbers, lettuce and I want to add beets and turnips.

I've been staying with my Dad 30 miles from my Job for the last month or so. the drive is so peaceful, and pretty. green rolling hills, with baby cows playing around with each other, frolicking in dew covered pastures, for the first 20 miles of the journey.

Then on the north side of the river, it all gets ugly. tire fires, smoldering hay bales, that spontaneously combust. feedlots with a brownish, orange cloud of dried poop dust hang in the air, like the smog in L.A. Cows with eye patches glare at me from their crowded pens, feed truck looks to be overturned, and the cows have resorted to cannibalism to stay alive. There are pig barns across the highway, that hide the atrocities that happen within from the public eye, but I've been inside them, and I know the horrors. The baby pigs do not frollick and play inside these slaughter shops, they are killed instantly if they were to even try.
