Can't afford the area we are in, we moved further north. My commute will be 45-50 minutes instead of 15-20 Minutes. Still not sure how the bank even approved us for the mortgage, I don't understand the approval being based on our minimum credit amount bill due.

In 2005, Jim and I lived with his Uncle Bob while we were going to school.  It helped Bob pay his bills and we got a cheap place to live.  
Last night, Jims parents had the RCMP stop in around 9pm.  Bob hadn't shown up for work (youth corrections officer, at the remand centre) in a couple of days (not normal) so they called them to check on his well being and found him dead.  
I have no idea where Sam & Merlin (the dog & cat) are right now but I just acquired some new pets.

That's terrible.  I'm sorry for your loss.

I haven't seen him in years. I'm pretty sure Mike was still an infant. Bob would go years without being heard from anyone in the family. Then he'd pop in on FB or send an email and then he'd be gone for months again.
Jims mom always said, I know he still alive, I haven't gotten a call saying otherwise yet"

Commutes aren't bad once you get used to them. I loved driving home everyday, gave me a chance to relax before getting home so if I was worked up about something it didn't really bother me anymore.

Congratulations again. My sister is due around the same time. Can't wait for baby snuggles then be able to give them back when they shit themselves.

Not really all that different.
But then again, I've been home and awake for all of about 3 hours.
And one of those was spent looking for a receipt for a piece of junk Samsonite roof cargo bag.
And another hour was spent watching Game of Thrones.
