New laptop I get this screen when printing.

OK so it looks like the LaserJet is shared from a computer called PTS1.

Open File Explorer like I have show in the pic and in the address bar type \\PTS1 and hit enter. If the new laptop can see if when you do that than double click on it and it will install the printer driver that's used on PTS1. It could get a little more complicated than that, but this is where you want to start.

Hopefully that computer has an internet connection? It need to connect to Microsoft for a driver. If it can't find one it should eventually ask you if you have one somewhere. Most of HP's printer now work with a universal driver so you'll have to download and install that. I'm guessing that Laptop is Windows 7 and hopefully 64 Bit so this driver should do the trick.

OK this is fine. The Universal driver from HP should come as an installer. Download it and install it. When you try to connect again it should know to use the universal driver that you installed. There is also a chance that the universal driver installer may ask where your printer is and you can browse to it from \\PTS1

So we were acquired and then a few weeks later the head of the old company left. @ weeks ago my boss left. Today the guy who was put in charge two weeks ago put in his notice.

That's never a good sign.

It's a terrible sign. I'm actually more pissed than worried. I just want to come to work and do WORK. Instead I just sit here all day with nothing to do while I wait to be let go AGAIN
