My folks' neighbors need to be beaten for trashing the yard. It looks like they shot off their fireworks from my parents' yard. I am taking Jim with me over there to keep me calm.

but as far as mortars go, I treat them the same as I would a loaded gun. Ther is alot of energy in those things. I wear safety glasses. make sure the blast area is clear. yell fire in the hole 3 times, then light them in a calm manner, then jog safely back to the barricade.
I have friends who like to jump over lit roman candles. I will light sparklers for myself that's as far I as go. I like my fingers.

They get right into their airsoft play. They have tournaments which is where the claymores/landmines come in. Apparently you can fill them with anything, water is the easiest because it doesn't actually hurt.
I wouldn't want to deal with anything but water in one

All over. BC has a few massive one currently burning. Alberta has a few. Saskatchewan has a bunch they've evacuated 13000 homes already. Manitoba had 70 uncontrolled fires last week. I don't know if that number has changed with the massive rain storm/thunderstorm we had on Saturday.

yeah. I should be more let down, that I live in a place so boring, that squirting food coloring on dirt is considered, as "something to do"
